Winona-Ryder

Winona Ryder is the professionally-known name of Winona Laura Hoowitz, born within Winona Minnesota. The name of her parents was derived from the town she grew up in. Michel Horowitz is her father and Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder believes she is Jewish and descends from Ryder's Jewish father. Ryder is the youngest sister of Uria, and has half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. Ryder was born in the United States and moved with her family to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. There, they didn't have electricity. Ryder was a voracious read and often spent her time studying books since there was no television.
